Think twice about ordering extras to make your move easier. We ordered furniture, dollies, and utility dollies to help with our move and they weren’t available when we went to go pick them up. We were told “based on recent policy change. Someone should’ve reached out to you“, but I did talk to you on the phone the day before I picked up the truck when you explained the truck that I had rented was unavailable to see if I would change my reservation.
