Severely understaffed always, the 3 times I have been here for pickup and drop off. Unlike other U-Haul locations, there is no mobile pickup or drop off of vehicles. One person at the desk and dozens of people waiting. Avoid this location at all costs if you can. As I write this review I have been in line for over an hour. It should have taken 5-10 minutes to pick up a rental van. The queen street location has mobile pickup and drop off.
The self serve UHaul app is so easy to use. Always great renting from Uhaul.

I don't know if their service is good or not. Every time I phone, I'm answered with someone speaking so fast I can't understand, who I assume is saying please hold, then get put in hold for so long I just hang up. I have never been able to talk to anyone.
