U club is the worst apartment complex in Oxford. My daughter's friend had a parking pass but was not parked in the visitor parking spot because they were all full. Her friend's car was booted and the smart ass tow driver is counting the money made. In fact, he threatened to tow me . My question is what percentage of all the cars that get booted does the I club get? You can't provide enough parking space so you can generate income? I am seriously thinking of filling all empty parking spots with scrap cars. Tow that!
