I recently came to The property to discuss something pertaining to my child. I spoke with Stacy. She was wonderful. She answered all my questions. She went out of her way to help me. I’ve never had such great service before. I will definitely recommend others to rent from this company.
It's truly baffling that U Club provides approximately 10 designated visitor parking spots (if that) for an entire community of over 300 residents. Naturally, these limited spots fill up quickly, often within the hour. However, even if a guest displays a valid parking pass and parks elsewhere due to the shortage, they still risk having their vehicle booted or towed. This place was great until new management took over. We will not be renewing next year. Between the leaky ceiling in one of the bedrooms that ruined clothes and a brand new rug, to mold in the bathrooms, to cars being towed for not being parked in “Guest Parking” we can’t wait to leave. They have 20 guest spots for 528 beds. Good luck if you want a friend to come over. They would have to Uber or get towed and pay $265. The manager Stacy is a horrific and miserable person. I went in to talk to her about a very routine item and she was extremely disrespectful and rude. The manner of unprofessional is absurd. She refused to handle the manner properly, I had to call her out for being disrespectful towards me which is actually wild. A grown women being extremely disrespectful and yelling at college kids as the property manager is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Do not move here. Everyone in the complex has a problem with her.
