Updated 3/8/25 - this place has gone down hill so quickly. New management has made this place somewhere my daughter doesn’t even want to live anymore. They have a leaky washer, put in a maintenance request two days ago and no word from the complex. She had a package that was checked into the office, one leasing assistant said it was checked out by someone, the manager said they never received it. Two totally different stories. This place was fantastic but they just got new management and it has become awful. Mail is sent back for ridiculous reasons or they are holding it and not letting tenants know they have packages. They are arbitrarily trying to raise parking rates mid year and want tenants to sign a new lease mid year. That is not right.
We toured and loved it! Now let’s see what the school year looks like.
Complicated lease agreements and hard to work with I would NOT recommend!!
