Thank you to U Club Oxford for providing a 24/7 warming shelter for residents with drinks, snacks, and a microwave to warm up food. My cousin, a first-time college goer, was able to stay in there for a few days before flying home to Florida. During this historic ice storm, U Club affiliates have worked hard clearing trees that were blocking roads/sidewalks within the complex, walking units to check water, and cleaning out refrigerators. My family's appreciation for you is beyond words!
Shoutout to UClub for saying residents aren't allowed to have generators and if they do it's a violation of lease that can result in fine, or termination of lease but the property manager has a generator hooked up to her unit!
They keep loosing my packages and don’t help recover them at all. My key doesn't work anymore. I have to fill out 100 forms for a parking spot what feels like every month just to not get a guaranteed spot in-front of my house. So incompetent.
