Ever since Uclub changed to the Hollis I’ve had a wonderful experience with management. Recently I went through a whole ordeal with my shared bedroom where I was planning on subleasing then I ended up staying but throughout the whole process Courtney with management was extremely helpful and understanding; she even matched my rent price to the new Hollie’s prices even though I signed my renewal under Uclub with the high prices. Lily at the front desk of the clubhouse in oxford was also extremely helpful.

I’ve had a great experience living at Hollis Townhomes. The property is well maintained, the units are nice, and the location is convenient to campus and everything around Oxford. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly. Overall it’s been a great place to live, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for housing in Oxford.
