Complicated lease agreements and hard to work with I would NOT recommend!!
We toured on saturday. Staff and especially fro t desk and tour guide were professional knowledgeable and polite. Great customer service and sales ladies.
Looks great from their marketing and outside standpoint but as a current resident Do not live here! Staff is absolutely horrible. There is two employees that I actually like and that are polite to me, but that’s it. Currently they are fining me over 800$ for having my dog at Uclub. There is dogs everywhere and they market it as pet friendly, so I assumed I would be fine to bring my 20 lb mutt to uclub. I looked at this place online and after being impressed by the amenities and closeness to campus, I decided to visit the leasing office to inquire about any vacancies. Even though they are booked for Fall 2024, I’m amazed by the friendliness of the staff, particularly Mike B. He took the time to add me to the waiting list and even volunteered to give me a tour of the complex. I loved seeing the exercise room , study rooms and the pool in particular.
