I’ve lived here for about a year now and it has been great! Ameer (the maintenance guy) is really friendly and every work order that I’ve put in has been resolved within a day or two. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and it has central air and in-unit W/D. Sometimes there is trash out front, but it never stays there for very long. Couldn’t be happier!
I have to move due to job changes, but I want to say that UC Flats is one of the most responsible and caring landlords that I have ever worked with. Jyothi and Ameer are especially friendly and helpful, which made my experience living here excellent!
Living at UC Flats has been such a great experience. Maintenance requests are always responded to extremely fast, and I always feel like my concerns are heard. I really love how close we are to 46th Street station, it has made commuting to work or enjoying the weekends in other parts of the city really easy! I will be sad to move!
We have always had impeccable service from UC Flats, and responses immediately with any of our concerns. They are flexible, helpful and always available to help. Apartments are also beautiful inside, well maintained and have wonderful natural light in the bedrooms. Couldn't recommend more!
Great management team, always responsive and quick to handle maintenance requests. I haven’t had any issues living here and love the layout. The landlord is hands down the best I’ve had in Philly!
