John said he did not advise surveying the large rural property he had for sale because the fencelines were clearly established. This is bad advise in Montana. Caveat emptor is of utmost importance regarding boundaries according to State of Montana. He sold the property to us several years ago and recently sold the adjacent land with the same reasons why he did not think a survey was necessary.
