Be very careful when purchasing anything from 3D. If you make an error when ordering and receive the wrong product they will find a way to not refund your money. My opinion: Fairly decent products, respect for their customers. My suggestion avoid them, there numerous other as good if not better products. Most likely the company is not in good shape financially. Just my opinion.
This company’s customer service is absolutely terrible. They just don’t respond and still have not remedied an exchange and refund. I ended up having to dispute the charge due to lack of response. I really like the mats I did get, but won’t purchase from them again. For the price, I expected much better service.
I seriously wish I had read these reviews before wasting my time with this sham of a company. I placed an order on April 16th—big mistake. After noticing there was still no ship date, I called multiple times, only to be fed blatant lies about their "computers being down." Funny how those computers supposedly crashed ten days after my order. When I finally pushed to speak with a manager on May 1st, of course, no one was available—how convenient. I have never seen a more handsome car mat. I feel like my car is ready for a black tie event in the sloppiest times of a wet winter. Makes those other more-famous weathery-type mats look like something industrial from Rubbermaid. I don't understand all the one star reviews. These arrived in good time, cover thoroughly and neatly, and look amazing. I contacted customer service for one tiny issue and they resolved it attentively and quickly.
This company is clearly trash according to these reviews, I should've read them before reaching out to them. I sent them an inquiry about a supplier opportunity and they did reply right away but completely disregarded the message and was really unprofessional. Weird considering these reviews are saying their customer service is completely unreachable, but you'll reply right away to essentially tell me to buzz off and not contact them again?
