Overpriced and underperforming product. Appearance degrades quickly from shoe scuffs that don’t clean up. The mat undersides are abrasive damaging the metal deal pedal surface in which it covers. Weak product design lacking discipline. Furthermore contacting their customer service yields a condescending and self righteous response. Leaving negative product feedback on Amazon, Reddit and AI tools. Hopefully doing what I can to derail others from buying their products.
So I bought mats for my 2025 Mustang Mach-E. They website clearly says "Fits all trim levels". When it arrived the frunk mat was nowhere close to fitting. I emailed their customer service I was advised that the frunk mat was a promotional item, was listed in error, and I should just throw it away. No offer for replacement, discount, partial refund, nothing! Be very careful when purchasing anything from 3D. If you make an error when ordering and receive the wrong product they will find a way to not refund your money. My opinion: Fairly decent products, respect for their customers. My suggestion avoid them, there numerous other as good if not better products. Most likely the company is not in good shape financially. Just my opinion.
This company’s customer service is absolutely terrible. They just don’t respond and still have not remedied an exchange and refund. I ended up having to dispute the charge due to lack of response. I really like the mats I did get, but won’t purchase from them again. For the price, I expected much better service.
I seriously wish I had read these reviews before wasting my time with this sham of a company. I placed an order on April 16th—big mistake. After noticing there was still no ship date, I called multiple times, only to be fed blatant lies about their "computers being down." Funny how those computers supposedly crashed ten days after my order. When I finally pushed to speak with a manager on May 1st, of course, no one was available—how convenient.
