Overall its an ok place. Paying over 1200 and not having a parking spot assigned to each unit it's definitely a con. They give you a sticker, yet it is not enforced to have vehicles removed if they don't have one, even though it states that on a big sign by the entrance. They can at least assigned one per unit and have the remaining open..that way they give priority to those who actually live there. This community is nothing like a lot of people described. It’s quiet and welcoming. However the policy on not being able to have things on our porch is belittling. I pay almost $1,000 just on rent and I can’t even have my porch look decent with patio furniture. I already don’t have a yard so it takes away the home feeling. Also, it took 3 years of me living here to finally have access to a laundry room. Now only one pool is open yet I have one right in front of me I can’t access. Very calm they are quick to solve any situation and they are very hamable I have been living here for 2 years and I don't complain Muy tranquilo son rápidos en resolver cualquier situación y son muy hamables ya llevo 2 años viviendo aqui y no me quejo.
I just moved here, it’s honestly an amazing complex. It’s not really loud, it’s really clean, the front office is really attentive and extremely helpful when it comes to helping you with the moving process. Carmen was my leading agent and I loved working with her. I genuinely like it here a lot and it’s not overly priced like most apartments are now. If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and welcoming, definitely consider Lakeland Manor!!
