When I changed insurance plans, they decided to balance bill my services at their full billed charges (without any discount) despite getting paid almost 60% more than what my prior insurance plan paid for the same services at a previous visit. The office manager tried to justify this as allowed under my plan but in my opinion it is very unethical and pure greed.
First time patient, my experience was wonderful. Hygienist wonderful and very experienced. Dentist explained everything to the tee. Love this dental group. 5 star ⭐️
The entire staff is friendly and they do great work. My whole family goes there and we would not consider going anywhere else.
