full roof replacement on our ranch. old roof was three tab from the previous owners and looked rough. zdanowicz put on shingles in a charcoal color and the difference is big. they also redid the drip edge and replaced a vent boot that was cracked. crew was on it, knocked the whole thing out in a day and a half. yard was clean when they left, no nails in the driveway which I was kinda worried about
had a slow leak that kept getting worse every storm and the patch jobs werent cutting it anymore. Zdanowicz came out did a full inspection and were straight with me that the whole roof needed to go not just a section. i had read decent things about them on a Northbrook facebook group before reaching out. tear off and install was two days, no mess left behind. havent had a drop come through since and weve had some serious rain. fair price too
Had 2 leaks in my garage, he identified the problem. Came back and “fixed” them, starting leaking again. Called several times and he said he would come out and fix it. Waited over a month and he never came out. Don’t hire them, terrible service and couldn’t fix my concern.
went with Zdanowicz for a full roof replacement and it went well. quote was competitive and they were easy to schedule with. crew was fast but not carless, everything looked clean when they finished up. new roof has a really nice look to it and all the edges are tight. dumpster was gone the next day and the yard was picked up. just a good straightforward roofing job
