roof was getting old and starting to look rough so we decided to just go ahead with a full replacement. TopSecure came out gave us a quote and it was straightforward no weird upsells or anything. crew was efficient, got the tear off done quick and had the new roof on within a couple days. everything looks tight and clean. the forman checked in with me a few times during the job which was cool. pretty happy with how it all turned out
The old roof had like maybe two good years left according to the inspector we had come through during the home sale process, so we just decided to do the whole thing now instead of waiting for leaks.
