Excellent experience, effective and experienced Doctor Son provides fabulous results with diagnosis and precription eyeglasses. It is wonderful to have such a positive and effective eye doctor!

Yesterday, I called them and they said to come in as a walk-in. They would be closing at 5, but the latest appointment they could accept was before 2:15. I arrived at 1:45 and gave them my mom's insurance, which they should have accepted because it was Anthem, as well as my own. Ten minutes later, the lady informed me they couldn't accept my mom's insurance, but she didn't know why. I said it was okay and asked about my husband's insurance, which was the same as my mom's. I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Son Christopher at Tyson eye Doctor, and it was by far the worst experience I've had in over 20 years of regular eye exams. From the moment I walked in, the office didn't feel welcoming at all. The atmosphere was cold, and the staff seemed indifferent.
