This place is normally not that bad. Until I recently picked up a preloaded trailer. It was a thousand pounds over (81,000) the legal limit. Took it back go get it reworked. Took them over 8 hours to pull a couple pallets off. No apologies, no reason given..nothing. Not the brightest people in the office. Reporting to the BBB
Long time pick up and low level of professionalism. Overweight on my drive axel. Bad job guys.
I waited 41 hrs to get loaded then another 5 hrs to adjust the load because the weight was off. They didn't fix the weight. Update, It took three attempts before the weight was fixed. That took 11 hrs. I was here a total of 52 hrs
