I dropped my trailer two days ago and they still have not loaded my trailer. Everything about this place sucks PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

I pick up load from there last week shipper they seal the trailer I call My Broker TQL. The worst asked the security guard how I could check I have 6 load bar. It’s inside or not. She said she can not do anything. If you broke the ceiling you have to wait 4 more hours. They will stack some shit like that and I called my Broker and they told me do broke do not the seal, said they will pay for it when I drop the load they said that’s not their problem TQL the worst company in Trucking liar ..
Horrible if you’re trying to drop off absolutely anything, people at office simply don’t want to help with anything you may ask for. Extremely long wait for me it was 5+ hours just for a single pallet , and only reason I got unloaded was cause I found a forklift and did it on my own. Don’t know how anyone can deal with this and leave positivity. Office is incompetent, pro tip ask security for help unloading they will help you up asap with a operator
I think Tyson is among the leading meat and foods producing companies. With a lot of staffs and enough parking spaces for their workers.
