Best experience. I was trying to buy a house and he was so knowledgeable about every single area in the cities I am looking in. Ended up renting and he got me on a site that would update me daily on new rentals all with what I was looking for in a home. Then made time for me to show me the rentals and he would have noted all the types of things I liked in the area of the rental. I am so thrilled with my new home and only have it thanks to Tyson. You cant go wrong with him

We recently purchased a condominium in Clearwater, Florida and worked with Coldwell agent Ty Rollins. My wife and I have purchased several homes and Ty was by far the best agent we ever had. He went far and beyond to not only find the condominium to meet our needs but also acted as a liaison for us with the HOA, utility companies, condominium management company, inspection companies and title company. Ty is highly recommended by my wife and I and we will be forever grateful for the services he provided us.

Tyson D Rollins, I can't say enough great things about how this process went and how it was made better at every step by the dedication and attention to detail Tyson added to the experience. I knew going into the selling of my Florida home, I would face challenges because it was located in a different state than I reside.
