I took my chainsaw to them when another dealer could not diagnose the problem correctly. They fixed it, worked with Stihl, and made sure any and all problems were fixed before we took it home. I used it the next two days and it worked like a charm. Thanks!
I've never bought lawn equipment from a place like Ty's before, but I'll definitely return for more! They were very easy to deal with, friendly people, and knowledgeable too! The price was the same as any big box store and I didn't have to assemble it or drag it home. Ty's delivered it, ran it, made sure everything was adjusted properly and operational! Excellent!! I'll be back for more!
Had a wonderful experience, the staff took good care of me. Sell some of the best mowers in town. Even had all the add on parts I wanted in stock. Definitely will be doing more business with Ty's.
