I was seen at this office for my dentures in March of 2021 this was only an initial visit with X-rays and impressions. I was scheduled to go back for April when I called to verify they informed me that my appointment had been canceled and that the doctor had left the practice so they could not start scheduling until maybe September. Inconsistent and substandard care. Don't trust them. You risk mouth damage. Wish I never considered them for any reason, regardless of coverage type. Not every gvmnt insure type patient has always relied on such. Some are also long time tax payers, even now. I was better off before ever going into that bogus place.
I started in January for dentures. Teeth were already gone. In September, I got my dentures.. They were horrible looking. Teeth were way too small. The dentist said it gave me a natural look.. It looks like I don't have teeth in my mouth. Just done with them. I will have to look like this for a while. The plastic is so thin. You would think these were temporary dentures too. Worst experience getting denture. They aren't deserving of one star.
Had an appointment at 3:30 pm.. got here at 3:15 pm. PLACE IS CLOSED..!! After waiting for a month.. not even a phone call to cancel the appointment..
I have been trying to get an appointment for X-rays to get a tooth pulled since July and have been rescheduled every single time and then wanted to rescheduled me till November so waiting 5 months is outrageous. They are the worst dental place ever. Hope they can figure it out and make it better cause they are losing lots of money and customers with the way they are running now
