This attorney is supposedly criminal defence also works as public pretz he never visits my son about case never shows his face in court, i dont even think he exists to be honest.  And all he wants to discuss when he meets by phone with my son is to talk him into signing a plea agreement ni trial as of today charges filed over a year ago, he gets one star and that is for his continuing every court hearing.

Tyrone Mitchell is a private attorney that has a contract with the courts to be a public defender for individuals that can not afford private legal counsel but all he does for the courts is put all of their clients in prison. This has been going on for years and there are so many other private attorneys that does this in Arizona. No wonder why Arizona have one of the top incarceration rates in the United States. NEW Tyrone was assigned to my son's case as a public defender. He told us to give him any questions or information that would help him get my son out of jail. He refused to use any information that we gave him, and he didn't call any of us up as witnesses. He said he didn't want to look like he was picking on the"victim". In the end, my son went to prison because this man wouldn't do his job. If you get assigned him, request another lawyer immediately.
