Doctor Medina is our doctor for the last 25 years. From annual check up to bad illness he always provide great care. Sometimes spending hours in his office under IV and good care to avoid the ER Chaos. We've been to so much that we couldn't wish for a better doctor. We are proud to call him our family doctor. I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I came for a consultation and was charged upfront before any service was provided. The doctor was unprofessional, rude, and tried to push a long list of tests that another clinic later confirmed were unnecessary. No actual service was given. When I requested a refund, the managers were extremely rude over the phone and said that’s just my opinion and refused to help. The whole experience felt dishonest and disrespectful to patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
