Let me start off by saying the Doctors are AMAZING. However the receptionists are the laziest people I’ve ever met. They refuse to even look at the faxes I’ve sent to schedule my oldest for an appointment. Sent it in 3x I call in and told they’d call me if they see it. Never get a call. Just left and they didn’t even bother to look to schedule her. Get new receptionist and this will be a 5 star facility,

Rachel Mock at Pinecroft Medical as well at the facility is the worst practice that I have ever had! Rachel had little regards to the health, and well being of myself and my spouse, and frankly I thinking little knowledge of the medical field. She is of no help with little answers! Everything she had to say in regards to health issues is diet and exercise even though some health issues have been going on since my very early 20’s, and at the healthy part of my life!
