I had a puncture tyre Saturday 7th and took my car to Hornsby tyre power for repair . I was told probably they will repair the tyre first thing Monday morning . I was a loyal customer with them for more than 10 years . That is the level of customer service they offer me pathetic. Went to JAX tyre , repaired the tyre on the spot . Bye bye tyre power
Highly recommend!! They are very professional, honest, friendly, and provide great customer service. I recently had a bad experience at a car dealership, but they followed up and installed new tires for me. They always make a phone call to update and provide options to customers. They respect their customers and do an excellent job. I’ve had to bring my car in twice without an appointment for emergencies in the past. I initially hesitated to leave a negative review. However, the experience I had was totally unacceptable. I brought my Toyota Hiace commuter to Tyrepower Hornsby on Thursday, the 18th of December to ask them to change the LED headlights instead of traditional lights as I thought that I would rather pay them to do this job as they are professionals but all I came across was their unprofessional, careless conduct.
