Extremely good service, went above and beyond for our caravan(trailer service) and new shoes for the car and caravan, thank you
Extremely disappointing service. I took my car in for a simple puncture repair, and they managed to snap a bolt and scratch my rim in the process. What’s worse, they didn’t even inform me of the damage. Although they replaced the bolt and attempted a repair, the workmanship is unacceptable. The rim is a black gloss finish, and they’ve completely buffed the gloss off, leaving it dull and visibly damaged. What should have been a basic job has resulted in a far worse outcome.
hit and miss the staff in the work shop seem to wonder around not doing much if you book for a certain time you could be in for a long wait
