I miss the employees who have been there the past couple of years. I very rarely see them anymore. There are too many new people. I don't know why so many. The nicest part of Tyngsboro family Pharmacy are the employees and owner who know you without even giving your name. Excellent service, but would like to see the regulars and owner more often.
This is the best pharmacy ever!!!! The customer service surpasses other businesses by far. Micheal took the time to speak and explain their blistering of my moms medicine, and the ease of transferring scripts as well as other ex plans that would possibly help with the cost. They really are a step above. Then I went to the sister company Pepperell family Pharmacy and they also were a step above. Don't hesitate. Gloria

Hands down best pharmacy around - friendly staff, quick service and DRIVE through! One time I called b/c it was snowing, I had a sick child and I thought I'd inquire about delivery.. It was last minute and I thought no way will they deliver but they did! Saved me from hauling two kids (one sick) back out in the snow!
We switched to this pharmacy when it opened. It was close and convenient. What I didn't expect was the family feel. Our experiences with TFP have been wonderful. they know your name, your family's name, your meds, health issues and are always offering assistance. Speedy service as well. When is the last time you went in with a script and left 10 minutes later..meds in hand?? Larissa, Matt and all the staff are professional, caring and kind.
