Terrible management! They literally turn the heating system on and off randomly! No use of brain! If you want to rent a unit in here get ready to experience above 30°c most days of a year! Also both manager and superintendent will ignore you!
When outside temperature is above 5 degrees, most units get extremely hot! Right now, the temperature outside is 13°c and my weather thermometer inside is showing 29 degrees while I don't have any heating devices on! It's just so weird and annoying! I have to turn on my AC unit in the winter!!! Update: Stupidly, the heating system is still on in 23°c degrees! Indoors is 30 degrees and really hard situation to live!
I had to move out due to roach infestation despite me complaining to the resident manager who did nothing to resolve my situation.
