The worst place to live,the apartments are overheating,the management is horrible the superintendent is almost impossible to find, Nothing gets fixed on time, there is mice a cakroches the apartments are over priced for the size,new people lives maximum for a year there till their lease is over and then move, the only ones living for long time there is people that move in long time ago and doesn't have the budget to afford new rent prices
Deplorable conditions. Preferential treatment and extremely homophobic. Many units are vacant. Garbage shoot is backed up very often. Infestation to the extent that my personal health has declined. Have lived here for ten years and it has never been worse than under DMS management.
