Be mindful and check tenants/neighbor before renting here especially if you have small kids. We left our cozy and quiet apartment in St James to move here because it is near my husband's workplace and I liked that it has balcony at personal washer/dryer. Everything went well until our 2nd day when we started hearing our below neighbor banging our floor because of my kids (my kids that time were 3 and 11 months). Both Shannon and Jolene are very helpful and friendly. The first unit that we were looking for had some issue and they helped us out to find another unit . Very thankful that we were able to moved in on time . Shannon always replies to my emails and inquiries. I also loved the fact that I have a small garden in-front of our unit.
Management is nice. Washer dryer inside. Area so good and safe We live here for 4yrs
