Been with TFCU over 30 years and have been extremely disappointed lately. We had a death in the family and they refuse to allow us to deposit an insurance check (less than $500) even though I have personally done this at TFCU in the past. Other banking institutions allow these type of deposits and encourage you to leave the account open specifically for this purpose. We have been having problems with Tyndall Federal Credit Union. My daughter has been trying to pay off her car which is in my dads name. My dad is 73 years old with a lot of medical problems that prevents him from remembering old phone numbers five years ago when he financed the car through Tyndall. He does not handle any of the payments since she has made all the payments from her checking account. We often use the Marianna branch and have always had pleasant visits! Even during the pandemic they have handled all our needs! Haleigh P and the other girls are amazing at Marianna! We've also purchased a new car during the pandemic with the help of Becca S. and Carissa in the loan department! They made everything a BREEZE and we left the dealership that day with our new car! We will be lifelong members with Tyndall
I am pleased with the way Tyndall Federal Credit Union services operates as a whole. They are a caring branch of individuals and they work hard to provide the best service to their customers. However, I am not pleased with the way the Marianna Branch operates. Perhaps this branch needs additional training in customer relations.
Best experience I’ve had with a bank! They made everything so easy and accessible through my phone — I never had to walk into the building to get an auto loan! If you need loan assistance, LARRY BAILEY is your man!! He is incredibly knowledgable, professional and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about him. Go to him for your loan needs!
Worst experience I have ever been a part of with a credit union. Lack of knowledge on every aspect possible. Do not know how this credit union could possibly still be in business.
Very Disappointed by Tyndall,I must say Penn Air Robertsdale branch is the ONLY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION with a drive up OPEN SATURDAY BUSINESS in the entire BALDWIN CO.They even have a notary that can assist in the drive up window.
