You guys are horrible I went to deposit a check and replace worn out debit card 1 charge to replace cheap and easily worn out card laughable 2 outing a one week hold on check from State agency retirement account So Wells Fargo Who replaced my debit card last week when I washed it In washing machine for free and released my funds I. 12 hrs Yes you suck
RecommendedThis is a great bank I Always have enjoyed this bank they'd been very friendly and very helpful to me throughout the years and I really appreciate what they've done for me.
I would not recommend Tyndall federal credit union. If they can't open their doors for the people who have their money sitting in their bank, without an appointment and want to charge a 10 dollar fee for this video banking when making a payment on a car loan, when it was their fault the autopay stopped to begin with, I would take my business elsewhere.

The worse experience we’ve ever had. We had automatic payment set up, and this poor excuse of a company drafted 6 payments from our account in 2 weeks time. $3000! Even after we signed a form canceling all automatic drafts. Inexcusable! We will be finding else where to conduct our business.

Stop stealing from members. We have had savings accounts with Tyndall federal credit union for years, but they steal from "inactive" savings accounts in the amount of $5 per month. We will make sure to tell everyone we know that is happening and that we will bank solely with USAA. USAA would never treat it's customers this way. I wish TFCU had the same respect for Active Duty personnel. This is not helpful in these trying times.
