I have been a member in good standing for over 25 years and I have had an issue with their bill payment department. I have emailed the manager of this department and the CEO but have not had any response. It seems their customer service has declined, and I am very disappointed I have to go to these extremes trying to get my issues acknowledged and problem resolved.
I got approved by Tyndall Federal Credit Union to get a loan for new Tesla Car . Myself and Tesla provided all requested documents . Then the bank asked Tesla for signed copy of title application even them own instructions asked only for copy of title application . I made seven visits to the bank trying to explain that Tesla can not provide signed document until I will physically pickup the car from dealer . I reported fraud on my debit card and Anthony got back with me and his words were well the charges already went through. So I am just SOL. What a Credit Union!!!! Absolutely no care in the world. Not thier money!!! I will be looking for a new bank!!!
Called the Marianna branch today to discuss my account. The call was picked up by Courtney in the call center. I asked to speak to the branch manager or any member of the management team in Marianna. I was immediately told no one was able to speak with me but someone would contact me via email. I then asked to speak with management at the Panama City branch and was again told someone would contact me via email. Tyndall This book is good and has an awesome Visa chek card but when waiting to go through the drivethrough to deposit something, the lines go way too slow but the service is fine.
Tyndall has been nothing but amazing for me. I started out with them years ago through a used car dealership setting up financing with them. Since then I have opened a checking account, then was approved for a large credit line with them, then a savings. Paid off that vehicle, and now have another vehicle financed elsewhere that is complete garbage(CINCH AUTO). I opened up a dispute with them for transactions on my visa. I cancelled my card and they still had it active. I submitted the documents as requested and then they lose the paperwork and close the case. Not very productive on their part.
The date is October 14th 2021 in the lobby at the Marianna branch is still closed. Customers should not have to wait in a car line for over 30 minutes for simple banking transactions.
