The service department was very responsive and kept me informed with what was going on with my truck. I never had to call once to get an update.

I've always had fair and good treatment at Tynan's Nissan. I just wish they were taking the pandemic more seriously. I was there yesterday for an hour and a half and at least half the staff were not wearing masks or had them below their nose. If you're going to have an environment where you have customers waiting inside, you should at minimum be enforcing mask wearing for everyone's safety and well-being.

I can say I’ve never had a bad experience their and I’ve taken my car there probably 10 times within the last year I take it for oil changes I take it for my radiator flush my transmission flush they are always so nice professional they always help me out they’re always so accommodating. Everybody is always so nice from the cashier when I go to leave she’s wonderful Luke he’s great the people at the front when I drop my car off every single person the guy over in the parts department I’ve had to go buy some stuff there like ... read more
