Recently moved to Aurora area from centennial. I used to take my car to get serviced at Larry H Miller and have been to Tynans multiple times since I’ve been over here. The second time I went to this location I noticed afterwards that my engine cover got cracked. This is why I take it to a dealership so I don’t mess up my new car, I did let the service advisor know that I noticed it was cracked from last time he stated “we don’t take the engine cover off but he’ll try to be more careful”. Since I bought my car I’ve received great service at Tynan’s . Unfortunately when I had my oil change the other day you can see they don’t take Covid seriously. The kid that drove my car back didn’t wear a mask, the kid that drove my car out didn’t either. I mentioned something to the service manager and they brought my car back to get cleaned/fumigated. Had a great experience buying a car at Tynan's Nissan. Never felt any pressure from the sales dept. or finance. Everyone was friendly and made buying a car easy.

I took my car in for service this past weekend and had some issues with the service I had received and I was not happy about it. Then Rich McNally another service advisor stepped in and took over the situation. He resolved the issue I was having in a very professional and expedient manner.
