I called because I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and was just trying to get information, the lady who answered was rude I asked if she did testing there to see if they find out what type of diabetes you have she said she doesn't know what they do so I hung up because that is no way to talk to somebody, and if you're talking to potential patients like this I don't want to know how you talk to people who are already your patients.

Nurse practitioner had a rude, hurried attitude. She never listened to my entire problems, kept interrupting me. She never got the entire story of what has happened to me. The doctor came in at the end. She didn’t even type in everything I told her. They did current bloodwork and blew me off telling me everything was fine. The medication I am on needed to be adjusted so I trusted in a specialist and was let down. Rude, very rude receptionist. Do not recommend.

The lady at the front desk doesn’t deserve to work at a location where she speaks with customers/patients. Very rude and degrading to patients. Never fails to have an attitude and speak to people the way she wants to. Horrible representation of the doctors at this office.

This office is absolutely horrible to work with. I am/was an established patient of Dr. Zachary and after 2 weeks of leaving messages due to concerns and issues I am having, still no call back. Called today, and finally got a live person and they said that I could get in to see the doctor the last week of July, so in 4 months.......
