I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership for my daughter. It had 178,000 Mike's on it ,so there wasn't a warranty. Which I was aware of. But what they didn't bother to tell me was it has a oil leak. I contacted my salesman and they refused to do anything.the salesman offered to pay half out of his pocket. I recently bought myself a Camry from Tyler Toyota, the sales man was easy to deal. My car didn't have a spare key, they had me come back in 3 days after buying car and had a new key programmed to my car. I dealt with the service department they are very friendly. Even met the owner and he was extremely nice. Would I come back? Of course.
Sold my wife an air filter and then forgot to install...ruined her engine....not a trustworthy dealership...shady maintenance dept.
Was interested in a vehicle, but my work schedule will not allow me to be there before 6:30 or 7 pm. The sales person was nice enough, but they were not accommodating at all. They told my wife they closed at 6 and would not be willing to stay over. I have been in sales off and on most of my working life and I am certain the goal of sales is to meet the customers needs and not just get a sale. We had cash in hand and was hoping to make a purchase. However, our purchase will not be at TYLER Toyota Buick GMC.
Sold us a car with baked on bird poop spots. Took it in for a fix and still have the same spots plus swirl marks now. They refuse to make it right and wont answer calls. Total scam..now stuck with car payments on a new car that needs a total new paint job. Beware of this dealership.
Not real happy. Took my car yesterday for a replacement of my modular control device and today 3 lights came back on. Now I have to put another 50 miles in my car to take it back in to see what is wrong !!!
