Nothing but super helpful- five stars - all the people that work in the office are super friendly and helpful - I have had zero hassle
If you are looking for housing for your college student stay away from this place. They have a policy that refunds will stay with unit until original tenants on lease all vacate the property. What this means is that if you get a unit that can house only 4 people, you will only get your refund back only when the original 4 move out. That could theoretically be a couple of years after you vacate based on this rule. Even worse they don't treat the tenants as individuals from a rent/deposit perspective.
