I waited a while to make this review but used fathom for my home purchase, i was in another state so had to do virtual tours, had them do it twice and had inspectors out and was a liat of stuff needinf fixed, chose what was top of list and forwent the rest but explained to the realtor what i wanted and did not want, they walked through the house and praised how well it was done. Before closing they had me send my down payment and close the same week, i cant count on 2 hands how many issues there are to be fixed at this house... read more
