We have bought several used cars from Tyler Run. Their General Manager, Steve Kleiser is extremely honest, and totally stands behind every sale that we made there. They consistently had the best value on used car pricing that we found. We would not hesitate to buy another car from them!
Poor customer service, the Spanish lady that works there is someone u can't trust, she made a lot of mistakes with payments, unprofessional, they made a mistake with payments, and they can't even say sorry...... Would not recommend this auto dealer.....
Religously Accosted When Looking At Cars? – I stopped in with my sister to help her look at a few cars. I have a few bumper stickers on my vehicle, such as "religious is not a prerequisite for morality." When asking them about a few vehicles, the man noticed my bumper sticker and asked what it means.
