DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management is very nasty and rude.. work orders are NEVER fulfilled No upgrades.. ie pool never been cleaned .. gates never worked and still not working .jo playground for the kids they just play by your windows and cars .cabinets falling apart, dishwasher outdated, outside and parking lot full of trash.. Lastly rent increases every year but no upgrades.. and Pest is a whole other story!!
I see you are saying it is a gated community. Yes, you have gated at both entrances, however they do not work. It is not good to lie about the place to attract tenants, but not comply with what you say. The place needs a good cleaning, new gates, and fix the gym equipment or just get rid of it and turn it into something else.
I currently live here and I don’t have hot water I highly don’t recommend living here. They went up in rent and won’t even come fix the issues we have and when you put in a maintenance request it takes about a week so don’t get your hopes thinking it’s going to be fixed that same day.Every time we ask them when the electrician coming they always say they they owe him 2 bills for calling him but aren’t yall still getting rent money I’m fed up with they bullcrap and I have a 1 year old as well. Haven’t stayed here long so far so good better than where I used to live before my apartment burned down glad to see a new management team that’s actually putting in work to make the community environment and living conditions better trying to fix what you didn’t destroy takes time and dedication it may not happen over night but I believe overtime it will I’ve seen for myself what the new management capable of doing they actually walk the property pick up trash anything they possibly can to help make things better around her... read more
