I currently live here and I don’t have hot water I highly don’t recommend living here. They went up in rent and won’t even come fix the issues we have and when you put in a maintenance request it takes about a week so don’t get your hopes thinking it’s going to be fixed that same day.Every time we ask them when the electrician coming they always say they they owe him 2 bills for calling him but aren’t yall still getting rent money I’m fed up with they bullcrap and I have a 1 year old as well. Don't let the looks fool ya. It's a mess out here. Roof damages, possibly mold and mildew in the walls. Pool never worked since 2020. The gates are wide opened welcoming high speed traffic throughout the night. The newest Management is a big bully n she sucks running off all the good workers with a nice nasty ass attitude.
