This is the worst apartment complex I have ever seen! Dirty pool, broken cabinets, no hot water, and above all the gates do not work. Stop fooling people saying it’s a gated community when the gates do not even work! Just tear them down already if they are never going to get fixed!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management is very nasty and rude.. work orders are NEVER fulfilled No upgrades.. ie pool never been cleaned .. gates never worked and still not working .jo playground for the kids they just play by your windows and cars .cabinets falling apart, dishwasher outdated, outside and parking lot full of trash.. Lastly rent increases every year but no upgrades.. and Pest is a whole other story!!
I see you are saying it is a gated community. Yes, you have gated at both entrances, however they do not work. It is not good to lie about the place to attract tenants, but not comply with what you say. The place needs a good cleaning, new gates, and fix the gym equipment or just get rid of it and turn it into something else.
I currently live here and I don’t have hot water I highly don’t recommend living here. They went up in rent and won’t even come fix the issues we have and when you put in a maintenance request it takes about a week so don’t get your hopes thinking it’s going to be fixed that same day.Every time we ask them when the electrician coming they always say they they owe him 2 bills for calling him but aren’t yall still getting rent money I’m fed up with they bullcrap and I have a 1 year old as well.
