On their website my husband requested someone to call re: complete new door. 48 hrs later a lady returned call asking what we needed then says we must talk w/a salesperson, uhhh that’s what he wrote on the email, that we need salesperson to call. It’s been 8 days now with no return call. We’re calling someone different today.
We hired Tyler Overhead Door to install a Liftmaster Gate with a Magnalock. It was installed the first week of January, 2021. It worked for a couple of days and then quit completely closing the gate, leaving it open about six inches. We called the Tyler location to have someone come service it. We called at least ten times with no luck in getting a response. My husband then called Liftmaster in Arizona for assistance. Traded calls with several people, but no help there either.
