Personally didn't have a single clue on the process of going about and getting a house, was very overwhelming. Tyler walked me thru it explaining each step in terms and ways you can understand it. Tyler helped my wife and I find a new home right away. He was always available when we had questions or concerns and took them as seriously as he would have if it was himself buying the home. His knowledge of the Mankato area is especially evident from growing up and living in the area for many years. Tyler was totally candid about what we did and didn't need to do, to get our house ready to sell after living in it 20+ years. He kept his eye on the market, and kept us encouraged, and next thing you know we'd actually cleared out the basement AND sold the house. Amazing. Highly recommended to anybody who needs their real estate agent to also be a relentless cheerleader.
