They increased my car and auto rates a huge amount. I called agent had to leave voice message to cancel. No one called back. I had to call State Farm and they can’t cancel and transferred me to Max at agents office and he said he would cancel and send me email confirmation. He never sent email and went home for the day and the office was closed for the day. I guess I will call again tomorrow and chase them around all day to get it cancelled but they are dodging me right now. Just bad business all around.

Want to say how wonderful Tyler Little State Farm is. Had an issue with water pouring down from our ceiling in garage due to an ice dam that had formed on our roof. I have asked more from them than most should ever and they always answer my questions and make recommendations that have saved me thousands and ensured I was covered properly at the same time.
