Was recently in to get a diagnosis because my engine light was on. The kid who I was paired with was extremely rude. I waited an hour for the diagnosis, was charged $92. When I asked why I was charged so much he said I was lucky he didn’t charge me more, and that he’d given me a discount. He’d also been rude when I asked about getting the issue fixed, and quoted it at over $2000. Needless to say, I got the part replaced elsewhere for a much more reasonable price, with way better customer service.
Great place for service work
As the car gets older, the parts take longer to become available. But, the service dept keeps me rolling along. Thanks, guys!
