Poor service. Don't answer the phone so you must use online scheduling. Had issues with several Kia dealers in the area when trying to schedule recall. Finally get the vehicle in told nothing was done due to an unrelated issue. Bring it back and told a new recall was completed but no other service as noted in the online scheduling. Quotes for all work were extremely overpriced both times and suggesting work far beyond what was actually required. Told $194 for diagnosing issue. Charge to card was 201. I’ve been a customer since 2019 and have always had the BEST experience with Amanda! She’s the friendliest, most easy to talk to sales woman i’ve ever interacted with! I always make sure to ask for her when I need to lease a car!
Was recently in to get a diagnosis because my engine light was on. The kid who I was paired with was extremely rude. I waited an hour for the diagnosis, was charged $92. When I asked why I was charged so much he said I was lucky he didn’t charge me more, and that he’d given me a discount. He’d also been rude when I asked about getting the issue fixed, and quoted it at over $2000. Needless to say, I got the part replaced elsewhere for a much more reasonable price, with way better customer service.
