Had a great experience with Ryan in the service center. He even came in on a Saturday so I could pick up my car when it was completed. I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating he was! Jordan is also awesome and handled my recalls very well at past service visits. Great team of people!
Don’t go here if you have an EV, they have no clue what they’re doing and will not dig any deeper to help. Took my car in 6 times and had a heat pump swapped to still have zero heat in my car when it’s been under 0° temperature…. Will not be going back ever it’s a waste of time… it’s painful to be in a car without any heat in winter….
Poor service. Don't answer the phone so you must use online scheduling. Had issues with several Kia dealers in the area when trying to schedule recall. Finally get the vehicle in told nothing was done due to an unrelated issue. Bring it back and told a new recall was completed but no other service as noted in the online scheduling. Quotes for all work were extremely overpriced both times and suggesting work far beyond what was actually required. Told $194 for diagnosing issue. Charge to card was 201.
