I’ve been a customer since 2019 and have always had the BEST experience with Amanda! She’s the friendliest, most easy to talk to sales woman i’ve ever interacted with! I always make sure to ask for her when I need to lease a car!
Was recently in to get a diagnosis because my engine light was on. The kid who I was paired with was extremely rude. I waited an hour for the diagnosis, was charged $92. When I asked why I was charged so much he said I was lucky he didn’t charge me more, and that he’d given me a discount. He’d also been rude when I asked about getting the issue fixed, and quoted it at over $2000. Needless to say, I got the part replaced elsewhere for a much more reasonable price, with way better customer service.
