Dr. Bickel has taken care of my elderly parents for several years. We trust him completely. He is a great listener and is good to discuss concerns to our satisfaction. He is friendly and makes us feel welcome. He has always given us the time we needed. His medical assistants are a great complement to his services. We highly recommend his care.
Experience with the doctor and his medical assistant was great. The front desk could use some attention. There were three workers at the desk and no patients when I arrived. I am 82 years old with a cane. After a bit, One finally said I can help you so I walked over to her spot then after my waiting a minute and without explanation, she got up and left and walked down the corridor leaving me standing there.
