Absolutely horrendous! Filthy, rats living in the walls, ripped into my bags of food, mold, roaches, dirty carpet, broken windows, crappy uncomfortable old bed & lumpy smelly pillows. Bathroom and shower were so bad too. Be prepared for awful, cold customer service, one set of towels for the entire stay. I was staying there weekly. Paying for toilet paper at the front desk if you run out of the first roll. Being told to wash your bed sheets!!? I would not recommend this place.If I could put minus 1/2 star I would. My room was filthy.Beyond outdated and in dire of repair.

Guys will work with you. Yeah, they kinda change the price on you but they will work with you again. They’re nice and will do their best to accommodate you; you’ve just gotta ask them. They’ve helped me and my girlfriend, even supplied us with a can opener.

Fui a trabajar a Tyler y me hospedé ahí. Es un asco. No hay higiene. La ropa de cama apesta y manchadas. La habitación sucia. No ponen papel. En la madrugada alguien intentó entrar en mi habitación tuve que llamar al 911 para que se fuera de mi puerta porque insistía en entrar. Fue una experiencia horrible. No volveré nunca más. “After posting this review, front desk staff came to my door to confront me. I now feel uncomfortable.”

I stayed here for a week, quiet place. Rooms were newly renovated and Price was very affordable from most motels nearby Tyler area. Fast wifi too!
