DO NOT use Tyler Home Inspections. They did an inspection on my home and missed a foundation problem that will cost me over \$20,000 to repair. He also missed a number of other costly repairs. They didnt even bother to crawl under the home to inspect the crawlspace! When confronted later about this Mr. Tyler told me he was insured and to go ahead and sue him. He said it wouldnt be the first or last time he made a large mistake. Stay far away from this company.
