Always courteous, always helpful. I have used this florist for several years and I have never had a problem. I recommend them highly.
When I moved here to Lakeland, my Mother had been going to Tyler Florist for some time. Every need she had went through Tyler Florist.She is now in a nursing home in Pensacola, FL and had need to send a plant arrangement to a familiy in Pensacola. She told my sister to be sure that I ordered the arrangement through Tyler Florist as she wanted to still give them her business for the years of helping her through many types of floral/plant needs.If I ever need any flowers or plants, I will indeed call Tyler Florist.

this florist has the worst customer service i have ever see or delt with i was hung up on and talk to rudelyafter i called to ask why my flowers that i had ordered where delivered to the wrong place? I was told by the person on the phone that "know you are upsetting me". If any body should have been upset it should have been me that my flowers that i paid for where NOT delivered or no sorry where delivered to the wrong place!!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST
