If I could give Family Circle a zero I would. The organization is a circus. The staff needs better training. Doctors have been great to me and for me. Family Circle get your staff trained.
Please people check with your insurance to know what these people are sending to them for payment. Came in for annual physical routine that’s 100 percent preventive and covered by my insurance but they sent a wrong code with services. Front desk lady is was rude and dismissive with her attitude and so.. Nah. If a 0 was possible that’s what I would be giving due to stress
