Char Tolliver was an amazing delight with helping me find my first home in Indianapolis. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me narrow down from several houses that I thought were the one, but just wasn’t quite right. Char was there every step of the way and answered any questions I had that she could from the start of looking at house and the lending process until I had my keys in hand. If I look for another house in the future I would definitely use her as my realtor again.
The whole team is wonderful. We met several roadblocks on our journey towards home ownership and the Tyler Cox team helped us every step of the way. In particular, Char Tolliver has been outstanding. Char was amazing. She went above and beyond to get what I wanted. She traveled three times a week if not more to show me houses because I was out of state. She went over every detail, answered all my questions, and I would highly recommend her as your real estate agent if you're looking for a house. She's very kind, and I consider her a friend now after working with her. I can't say enough nice things about Char Toliver.
