Tyler is amazing! Not only was this our first time buying a house, but my wife and I have a unique situation that added to the craziness of it all. We met Tyler at an open house. Although that showing was not what we were seeking, Tyler guided us through various showings in Lake of the Pines, Roseville, and Sacramento. Upon finding the home for us, his professionalism and attention to detail moved us painlessly through the purchase. We also appreciated his patience as we tried to figure out what we were seeking in a home and found ourselves considering a wide range of real estate.

Tyler was a pleasure to work with. He spent a lot of time with us looking at all the issues involved in the house we wanted to purchase. At the end he agreed with us that the house had to many issues and was not a good buy for us. Definitely recommend him to anybody looking to buy property.
