I would highly recommend Tyler for your rental and home buying needs. He was extremely easy to work with. Finding a rental for 4 people can be a challenge because everyone seems to have their own wish list. Tyler knocked it out of the park, and was able to find us a spot in a timely manner that checked off all the boxes. Most importantly, after our application was approved, he was extremely thorough with next steps, ensuring no road bumps before move-in date. We couldn’t be more happy, 10/10 process!
Very helpful and fast service
Tyler is a hardworking real estate professional. Life is expensive and it’s hard to find a place on your own. So don’t, Your going to pay a broker fee anyway in Mass, might as well go with a realtor who wants to help you find the right apartment.
It was such a pleasure to work with Tyler! He was very effective in filtering rental choices based on my preferences, and was incredibly prompt with communication. He also provided great tours, and made the application and leasing process incredibly easy. I would certainly work with Tyler again!
