They were nice and helpful. And had good prices on there cars.
I Do NOT recommend Tyler Auto Plex ! My Car was broken into and they swore it was like that when they picked it up. Here’s the kicker IT WASNT they watched me while I was sitting in my car, Waited until I got out then took my car not even a hour later I noticed it was gone.. went to the shop and noticed my car door was tampered with. Where do I even start... FIRST! I paid 1000 down on a 2012 Ford Focus. The same day I got it I realized the windshield wipers didn’t work..for a MONTH! they had my car in and out of their Mechanics shops and no one ever fixed it... Then the second month I took it up there for them to try and fix the wipers again. I got my car back with a crooked steering wheel. Five lights on the dash and the wipers still WEREN’T fixed.... Got a car from them when they first opened and it didn't even take a week be for something went wrong with it took it back to them to get fix it and they said I have to take it to a shop smfh all there cars are junk
my experience with this car lot was horrible most of the cars at this place have been totaled the titles are salvaged titles the insurance company will not even pay off the car if you have a wreck because the cars have already been considered a total loss DO NOT buy a car from this place
