I've traded cars with Tyler Auto Finance for decades and have always had a good experience. They're easy to deal with up front and really go the extra mile after the sale.
I purchased a Durango from Tyler Auto finance and the only problem I incurred was me not wanting other nice vehicles that were on the lot. I was always treated with respect and very efficient. They have certified mechanics that work on site so any problems that may occur are handled immediately. I got a car from here 3 days ago and while heading out of town to a graduation car literally broke down started shaking and completely shut down. After calling them and having them remind me that they close at 5:30pm a tow was called. After waiting for 2 hours we were treated rudly upon return to their business. Left standing in the heat with no offer of water or care they left. It was the worst experience of my life regarding a customer service business and I will never forget it!!
