I've visited and called this store on SIX DIFFERENT OCCASIONS , not one time out of those six did I do business with this company . Not over stating here the prices are more than double competitor prices on every single item, I have called and there is no knowledge base of what goes on day to day, staffing is friendly depending on the day you come in ... There is no way i would ever call or step foot in here again.
Go see the hardworking folks at the Tyler or Longview store! They really care. Great people!

I would give the store 5 stars but I can't. For t last 5 years at the old and new locations, my daughter and I go in 3-4 times a year. Not once have we been approached by an employee and asked if we needed help. The store itself is great, service is not. Went in yesterday evening looking at catcher's mitts, over half had no price tags on them. Again no one asked if we needed help, walked out.
