Look, I take pride in customer service because it's what I do for a living. I'm a very patient consumer. It takes many screw ups for me to say this, because I believe in second and third chances. Never again will I do business with Tyler Athletics. The staff is friendly, but their customer service is almost non-existent. I ordered a package on October 16th and STILL more than 2 months later have not received it. 10 days ago a person named Skylar told me that my package had “finally been processed.” Today is the 21st. 10 days later I don’t have a package in Phoenix that was coming from TX? Very poor service and won’t be buying from you again sadly.
